profitability.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a strong writer and communicator to help shape how Finz presents itself to customers, investors, partners, media, and the broader startup ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>You will work directly with the founder on company communications, founder-led content, media research, podcast outreach, product announcements, events, and industry storytelling.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on internship designed to provide direct exposure to startup communications, public relations, fintech, AI, and founder-led company building.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Turn founder notes, conversations, product updates, and market insights into clear, compelling content<\/li>\n<li>Draft LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters, company updates, and website content<\/li>\n<li>Research journalists, publications, newsletters, podcasts, events, and speaking opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain targeted media, podcast, and industry contact lists<\/li>\n<li>Support media outreach, podcast pitches, interview preparation, and follow-ups<\/li>\n<li>Draft company announcements, event invitations, briefing notes, and external communications<\/li>\n<li>Help develop customer stories, founder narratives, and industry perspectives<\/li>\n<li>Repurpose long-form ideas into short-form social and communications content<\/li>\n<li>Track relevant fintech, AI, business, and startup conversations<\/li>\n<li>Support selected founder dinners, industry events, and community initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Gain<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct experience working with the founder of an early-stage fintech company<\/li>\n<li>Published writing and communications work for your portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to public relations, executive communications, founder branding, and company positioning<\/li>\n<li>Experience translating complex business and technology ideas into clear stories<\/li>\n<li>Practical understanding of how startups build credibility, visibility, and market presence<\/li>\n<li>Ownership of projects from initial research through publication or outreach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current student or recent graduate in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Media, Business, Marketing, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Strong writing, editing, and research skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and simply<\/li>\n<li>Interested in startups, technology, AI, fintech, media, or entrepreneurship<\/li>\n<li>Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently and respond well to direct feedback<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and sound professional judgment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience with any of the following is useful, but not required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Journalism, student publications, newsletters, blogs, or social media<\/li>\n<li>Public relations, media research, podcasts, or event communications<\/li>\n<li>LinkedIn content, founder content, or executive communications<\/li>\n<li>Student clubs, startup communities, campus organizations, or events<\/li>\n<li>Canva, Figma, CapCut, Substack, Mailchimp, Notion, or similar
