{"id":53987,"date":"2026-07-14T18:24:09","date_gmt":"2026-07-14T18:24:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/job\/medical-assistant-bridgewater\/"},"modified":"2026-08-06T20:23:31","modified_gmt":"2026-08-07T00:23:31","slug":"medical-assistant-bridgewater","status":"publish","type":"ch_job","link":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/job\/medical-assistant-bridgewater\/","title":{"rendered":"Medical Assistant &#8211; Bridgewater"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA), one of the nation\u2019s largest ENT, Allergy, and Audiology practices, is seeking a Full-Time <strong>Medical Assistant<\/strong> for our <strong>Bridgewater<\/strong> office.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hourly: <\/strong>$23\/hr<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcome patients in person or by phone; respond to or route inquiries appropriately<\/li>\n<li>Prepare patients for appointments by directing or accompanying them to exam rooms<\/li>\n<li>Verify and record patient information, including medical history and reason for visit<\/li>\n<li>Assist providers during examinations and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Prepare laboratory specimens and perform basic in\u2011office lab testing<\/li>\n<li>Maintain sterile instruments and properly dispose of contaminated supplies<\/li>\n<li>Educate patients on medications and provide instructions as directed<\/li>\n<li>Accurately document examinations, treatments, and test results<\/li>\n<li>Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure equipment is functioning properly<\/li>\n<li>Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast\u2011paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Epic EMR preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong patient service skills with a commitment to delivering a positive patient experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education \/ Certification Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>Completion of a Medical Assistant program or certification such as CMA or RMA.
