This internship offers hands-on experience developing visual content for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, print materials, events, and sales initiatives within the financial-services and insurance industry.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, enjoys turning ideas into polished visuals, and is eager to build a professional portfolio while learning how creative work supports marketing and business growth.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, websites, presentations, advertisements, and internal communications.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with brochures, flyers, postcards, event materials, sales collateral, and other print projects.<\/li>\n<li>Adapt existing creative materials into different sizes and formats for digital and print use.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain brand consistency across colors, typography, imagery, and layouts.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with marketing, sales, recruiting, and operations teams to understand project goals.<\/li>\n<li>Edit and resize photos, illustrations, and other visual assets.<\/li>\n<li>Organize design files, templates, logos, photographs, and brand resources.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare production-ready files and review proofs for accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with brainstorming concepts for campaigns, events, agent recruiting, and product promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple assignments while meeting established deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporate feedback and make revisions efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Support other marketing and creative projects as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certificate in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, or similar design platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of fundamental design principles, including typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage time, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating with multiple departments.<\/li>\n<li>Portfolio or examples of academic, personal, or professional design work required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience designing both digital and print materials.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with social media content creation and digital advertising formats.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, photography, or website design.<\/li>\n<li>Interest in marketing, financial services, insurance, or professional-services industries.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with print-production requirements and file preparation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What You Will Gain<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience producing creative work for real marketing and business initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Portfolio-ready projects across digital, print, social media, and presentation design.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to campaign development, branding, and marketing strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Experience collaborating with marketing and business professionals.<\/li>\n<li>Mentorship, constructive feedback, and opportunities to strengthen technical and professional skills.<\/li>\n<li>A better understanding of how design supports sales, recruiting, customer engagement, and organizational growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Success in This Role<\/p>\n<p>A successful Graphic Design Intern will consistently produce accurate, on-brand work;
