About the Role<\/p>\n
We are looking for a motivated compiler engineer to join our AI compiler and toolchain team. You<\/p>\n
will work on modern compiler infrastructure for machine learning and heterogeneous accelerators,<\/p>\n
focusing on performance, correctness, and scalability of real production workloads.<\/p>\n
This role is well suited for candidates with a strong foundation in C++ and algorithms, and an<\/p>\n
interest in compilers, systems, and performance engineering.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u2022 Design, implement, and maintain compiler passes and transformations for AI and<\/p>\n
accelerator backends.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Develop and optimize IR-level and backend-level optimizations (e.g., graph lowering,<\/p>\n
scheduling, fusion, memory planning).<\/p>\n
\u2022 Work closely with hardware architects and runtime teams to enable new hardware<\/p>\n
features.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Debug and resolve functional and performance issues in compiler pipelines.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Contribute to tooling, testing infrastructure, and automation for compiler development.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Analyze model workloads and identify optimization opportunities for real customer use<\/p>\n
cases.<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications<\/p>\n
\u2022 Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (new<\/p>\n
graduates are welcome).<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong proficiency in C++.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Solid background in data structures and algorithms.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Good understanding of at least one of the following areas:<\/p>\n
\u2022 compilers,<\/p>\n
\u2022 operating systems,<\/p>\n
\u2022 computer architecture,<\/p>\n
\u2022 or high-performance systems.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to read, understand, and work with large codebases.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong problem-solving skills and good engineering discipline.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Preferred Qualifications (Plus)<\/p>\n
\u2022 Research or project experience in compiler technologies (e.g., compiler courses,<\/p>\n
research projects, or open-source contributions).<\/p>\n
\u2022 Hands-on experience with compiler infrastructures or intermediate representations.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Familiarity with machine learning frameworks or model formats.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience with performance analysis and profiling tools.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Exposure to parallel computing, GPUs, or custom accelerators.<\/p>\n
