The ideal candidate not only possesses a strong foundation in software concepts and coding but is also fluent in Spanish, French, and\/or Mandarin to support our diverse, global student body.<br \/>\u200bIf you love inspiring the next generation of tech innovators and have a proven background in teaching or tutoring, we would love to have you on our team.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u200b<strong>Instruction &amp; Curriculum Delivery:<\/strong> Teach engaging, age-appropriate computer programming and computer science lessons to K-12 students and young adults (ages 5\u201322).<\/li>\n<li>\u200b<strong>Multilingual Support:<\/strong> Deliver select lessons, workshops, or academic support in <strong>English<\/strong> and at least one of the following languages: <strong>Spanish, French, or Mandarin<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>\u200b<strong>Student Engagement:<\/strong> Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and encouraging virtual or physical classroom environment that sparks curiosity in STEM.<\/li>\n<li>\u200b<strong>Personalized Mentoring:<\/strong> Provide individualized tutoring and feedback to help students grasp complex computational thinking concepts, debugging strategies, and syntax.<\/li>\n<li>\u200b<strong>Progress Tracking:<\/strong> Assess student comprehension, monitor project development, and provide regular progress reports to students and parents\/guardians.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u200bQualifications &amp;
