Fan\u00a0Services\u00a0Representatives:<\/p>\n
Northwestern Athletics is looking for energetic individuals who are able to provide exceptional customer service to all\u00a0fans who visit our athletic facilities each year. The primary focus of a\u00a0Fan\u00a0Services\u00a0Representative is to ensure that all guests attending our competitions and special events have the best experience possible.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
– Welcome\u00a0fans and educate on policies<\/p>\n
– Answer questions<\/p>\n
– Assist with guest issues<\/p>\n
– Assist with ADA patrons<\/p>\n
– Provide world-class customer service<\/p>\n
– Provide additional support for event management<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
The\u00a0Fan\u00a0Services\u00a0Team will work many events held on our athletic campuses. Such events may include: football, men\u2019s and women\u2019s basketball, commencements, tournaments and other events hosted by the Northwestern University Department of Athletics and Recreation.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Schedule: Varies. Most events will occur on evenings and weekends.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
This is a paid, non-benefits eligible position. Pay rate starts at $15 per hour.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
As per Northwestern University policy, this position requires a criminal background check. Successful applicants will need to submit to a criminal background check prior to employment.<\/p>\n
