Client interactions may include product presentations, customer follow-up, and end-user sales support. This position does not have negotiation or decision-making authority.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong> <i>(not all-inclusive)<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Branch Manager and\/or Assistant Sales Manager by acting as an extension of the outside sales team to proactively grow the customer base.<\/li>\n<li>Generate qualified sales opportunities by researching and compiling lists of prospective customers through business directories, online resources, networking, and other lead sources.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct cold calls to prospective customers generated from external lead sources.<\/li>\n<li>Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and initiate the sales process.<\/li>\n<li>Develop existing accounts and expand sales opportunities within the customer base.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Customer Support to monitor orders through completion, assist with collections, resolve discrepancies, and make necessary transaction updates.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and expand the prospect database while overcoming customer objections.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products and services.
