This is a paid internship where you&#8217;ll gain valuable hands-on experience from recruitment to onboarding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here&#8217;s what you&#8217;ll get to do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Be part of the hiring process:<\/strong> Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and even conduct phone screens with potential candidates.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Boost our recruitment efforts:<\/strong> Brainstorm creative ways to attract top talent, like revamping our social media presence and exploring new recruiting channels.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Work with a supportive team:<\/strong> Collaborate with experienced HR professionals and learn from the best.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Make a real impact:<\/strong> Help us find amazing Direct Support Professionals who make a difference in people&#8217;s lives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you&#8217;ll bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You&#8217;re pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;re a <strong>go-getter<\/strong> with strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re <strong>tech-savvy<\/strong> and comfortable using computers and social media.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re <strong>detail-oriented<\/strong>, enjoy working independently and collaboratively on a team.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Bonus points:<\/strong> If you have some customer service or administrative experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**This is a <strong>paid internship<\/strong> offering 21+ hours per week for 3-6 months.
