BIANJ offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to help you thrive professionally and personally, including health, dental, and life insurance, a 401(k), and generous paid time off.<\/p>\n<p>This position is primarily remote, with regular travel throughout Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem counties to deliver programs, conduct outreach, and work directly with community partners. Occasional in-person team meetings and trainings at our North Brunswick office (approximately quarterly) are also required.
