Our products are made with organic ingredients, no added sugar, and thoughtfully selected nutrients.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for an outgoing and creative Marketing &amp; Brand Ambassador Intern based in Southern California to help grow our presence online and in local retail stores.<\/p>\n<p>About the Role<\/p>\n<p>This position combines social media content creation with in-person product demonstrations. You will help create TikTok content, represent Sophie\u2019s Organics at retail demos and community events, and introduce our products to parents and families.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create engaging TikTok videos featuring Sophie\u2019s Organics products<\/li>\n<li>Develop content ideas based on current social media trends<\/li>\n<li>Film and edit short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels<\/li>\n<li>Appear on camera and communicate the brand\u2019s story in a natural way<\/li>\n<li>Conduct product demonstrations at grocery stores and retail locations<\/li>\n<li>Educate customers about product ingredients, benefits, and brand values<\/li>\n<li>Distribute samples and encourage customers to purchase products<\/li>\n<li>Capture photos and videos during demos for social media use<\/li>\n<li>Track customer feedback, questions, and demo results<\/li>\n<li>Assist with influencer outreach, local partnerships, and community events<\/li>\n<li>Support other marketing projects as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a marketing, communications, business, media, or related program<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking with customers<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video trends<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Creative, reliable, organized, and able to work independently<\/li>\n<li>Interested in food, wellness, parenting, consumer products, or social media<\/li>\n<li>Able to travel to retail locations throughout Southern California<\/li>\n<li>Must have reliable transportation<\/li>\n<li>Available for occasional weekend demos and events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preferred Skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing tools<\/li>\n<li>Previous retail, sales, event, or brand ambassador experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience creating content for a personal, school, or business account<\/li>\n<li>Basic photography or videography skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What You\u2019ll Gain<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience working with a growing consumer packaged goods brand<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience in TikTok marketing and content creation<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to retail marketing, product launches, and customer engagement<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities to build your portfolio with published content<\/li>\n<li>Direct access to the company\u2019s founders and marketing team<\/li>\n<li>Potential for an expanded role based on performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How to Apply<\/p>\n<p>Please send your resume, a short introduction<\/p>\n<p>In your application, please include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your location in Southern California<\/li>\n<li>Your weekly availability<\/li>\n<li>Whether you have reliable transportation<\/li>\n<li>A brief explanation of why you are interested in Sophie\u2019s Organics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sophie\u2019s Organics is an equal opportunity employer.
