Basic Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

Education\/Training:<\/strong> Licensed Mental Health Professional or Master\u2019s Degree in a related field (Social Worker, Special Education, Counseling or Psychology).\u00a0<\/p>\n

Skill(s):<\/strong> Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and leadership skills; excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate conflict resolution; ability to facilitate effective team communication; Knowledge of family systems and different treatment modalities; Ability to develop individualized treatment plan with measurable goals, as well as crisis plans; Ability to complete clinical assessments; Intermediate PC Skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Experience:<\/strong> Minimum of 1 year experience providing mental health direct services to children and youth. Prior experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred.\u00a0<\/p>\n

General Responsibilities:<\/strong> \u00a0Provide mobile therapy services to children, adolescents and family members.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Standard Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  2. Completion of drug test, physical, criminal background check, child abuse clearance, and FBI clearance, with clearance approved; copy of degree and any relevant professional licenses.<\/li>\n

    b. \u00a0Uses tactful, appropriate communications in sensitive and emotional situations.<\/p>\n

    d.\u00a0 Completes requirements for training and supervision, acceptable attendance, and other work duties as assigned.<\/p>\n

    1. Plan and complete job duties with minimal supervisory direction; ability to collaborate and make treatment decisions as needed.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u00a0<\/p>\n

      1. Demonstrates knowledge of HIPAA standards by protecting the confidentiality of individuals served.<\/li>\n
      2. Ability to work flexible schedule as determined by program needs, which may include some evenings.<\/li>\n
      3. Ability to file ChildLine reports as mandated by the Child Protective Service Law.\u00a0Complete required documentation for the agency.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Essential Duties<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Knowledge and implementation of CASSP principles.<\/li>\n
        2. Provide mobile therapy services, including family therapy, consultation and support to family members\/caregivers, in order to stabilize the individual and family situation and to provide transfer of skill to parents\/caregivers.<\/li>\n
        3. Works all authorized hours in accordance to each individual\u2019s prescription for services.<\/li>\n
        4. Collaborates with treatment team members in the development of goals and interventions.\u00a0<\/li>\n
        5. Participate in team meetings as indicated, and conduct at least six-month reviews\/assessments for each child on caseload.\u00a0<\/li>\n
        6. Complete assessment tools and monitor outcome measurement on each treatment goal as needed.<\/li>\n
        7. Provide transfer of skill to parents\/caregivers through family therapy.<\/li>\n
        8. Clinically advise the behavioral health technician on behavioral interventions specific to the child\/youth.<\/li>\n
        9. Maintains communication with treatment team to report obstacles, progress and\/or concerns about treatment.<\/li>\n
        10. Attends monthly supervision.\u00a0<\/li>\n
        11. Attend trainings required by program\/department.\u00a0 \u00a0Maintain current training certifications as needed for programs.<\/li>\n
        12. Participate in special projects as requested.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Job Location<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n

          As assigned. Staff assigned to various settings, including Cowpath Rd. Campus, in addition to the home and community settings.<\/p>\n
