This role will work with stores, vendors, and internal teams to help manage alarms, cameras, EAS equipment, service requests, reporting, and process improvements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track and coordinate Loss Prevention service tickets, repairs, and installations.<\/li>\n<li>Work with vendors and internal teams to support LP projects and store needs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure projects and program updates are communicated to stores.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and other reporting tools.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor vendor performance, service trends, and unresolved work orders.<\/li>\n<li>Support alarm permit tracking, renewals, compliance, and invoicing.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with training materials, SharePoint updates, and project documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Support new store openings and remodel projects, including alarm setup and LP system reviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of experience in Loss Prevention, customer service, technical support, retail operations, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>1+ years of project coordination experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft Excel<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Word<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft PowerPoint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Loss Prevention or retail security experience.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of alarm systems, cameras, and EAS equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Power BI, Alteryx, and Salesforce experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday &amp; Friday: Remote<\/li>\n<li>Tuesday-Thursday: Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic Loss Prevention team focused on operational excellence, process improvement, and technology-driven solutions.
