Job Description and Duties<\/u><\/strong><\/i><\/p>\n

Under close supervision and in a trainee capacity of the Supervisor I for the Division of Business Services (DBS) and Division of Human Resources (DHR) the incumbent performs routine clerical duties for DBS and DHR.<\/p>\n

Special Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/i><\/p>\n

Periodic statewide travel may be required to other DWR Division\/Office locations.\u00a0Must possess a valid California Class C Driver’s License, and have general knowledge of vehicle condition, traffic and driving safety skills and rules.<\/p>\n

All applicants for Youth Aid positions<\/strong> must meet the following departmental eligibility requirements:\u00a0<\/p>\n

  1. Enrolled full-time in high school or in nine (9) semester\/eight (8) quarter units for undergraduate students or six (6) semester\/four (4) quarter units for graduate students.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  2. Achieved a 2.0 grade point average in the most recently completed academic term.<\/li>\n
  3. If Applicant is under 18 years of age, must possess an appropriate work permit required by the California State Education Code.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
