Certificated Teacher Resource (CTRs) are a key part of each resource center\u2019s instructional team. The CTR position is full-time, 40 hours per week. CTRs are role models for our students, and are expected to look, act, and speak, as representatives of the school at all times.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Understand the school\u2019s Vision, Mission, and Values<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Demonstrate respect and appreciation for differences in values, languages, and customs among home, school, and community<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Possess excellent organizational, time management, and record-keeping skills<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 General understanding of instructional strategies for middle and secondary students<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 General knowledge of California Common Standards in core subject areas (math, science, social science, English)<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Standard software applications such as Microsoft Office Word\/Excel\/PowerPoint<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:<\/div>\n<div>This position description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, knowledge, or abilities associated with this classification, but are intended to accurately reflect the principal job elements.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Grade student work within 72 hours of receipt<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Provide constructive feedback to students<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Follow grading rigor reference guide<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Provide tutoring sessions to small group of students in Math, ELA, Social Science, Physical &amp;
