We&#8217;re looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our team for the fall and help showcase our homes and communities online.<\/p>\n<p><i><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create engaging social media posts for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) to highlight residential properties across all markets.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, write, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote properties, community events, and company updates.<\/li>\n<li>Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing, Leasing, and Property Management teams to align content and campaigns with leasing and occupancy goals.<\/li>\n<li>Attend weekly meetings with the Marketing, Property Management, and Leasing teams.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Field Operations team members to capture videos, photos, and other content for social media.<\/li>\n<li>Travel to vacant properties throughout the Dallas\u2013Fort Worth area to gather content and assess property presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with special projects assigned by the senior leadership team.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Property Management team in promoting community events and property features online.<\/li>\n<li>Learn and use property management and showing tools such as AppFolio and ShowDigs.<\/li>\n<li>Work with different departments and be open to coaching and learning new platforms and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently a Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Have completed at least a few marketing classes or coursework.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interest in social media, email marketing, and real estate.<\/li>\n<li>Creative mindset with good attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar).<\/li>\n<li>Knows how to film and capture content (photo\/video) for social media use.<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter and go-getter \u2014 able to take ownership of tasks and run with them independently.<\/li>\n<li>Reliable and dependable, with a consistent, dependable work\/school history.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable traveling to properties within the DFW area.<\/li>\n<li>Coachable, adaptable, and able to work across different departments.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and teamwork skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and
