You\u2019ll own end-to-end delivery: ingestion, retrieval, agent orchestration, evaluation, and deployment.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the team to design and develop high quality Web applications using Python, FastAPI, and related technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Write clean and efficient code, and ensure code maintainability and reusability.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement RAG pipelines on Google Cloud \/ Vertex AI (chunking, embeddings, indexing, retrieval, reranking, grounding).<\/li>\n<li>Build agentic workflows (tool use, planning, reflection\/guardrails, structured outputs) using Python-first frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct testing to ensure application quality and reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain technical documentation for web applications.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date with the latest technologies for Python development.<\/li>\n<li>Define and run evaluation (retrieval metrics, answer quality, hallucination\/grounding checks), and improve system quality iteratively.<\/li>\n<li>Ship to production: APIs, monitoring\/observability, cost\/performance optimization, CI\/CD, and security best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in software development in Python3.<\/li>\n<li>Decent understanding of the software development\/testing life cycle.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc) skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with version control tools, such as Git.<\/li>\n<li>Experience building RAG solutions (hybrid search, reranking, chunking strategies, embeddings, prompt + schema design).<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with at least one agentic framework (e.g., LangGraph\/LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen) and tool\/function calling patterns.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of vector search concepts and at least one vector DB in production.<\/li>\n<li>Strong engineering practices: code reviews, testing, telemetry, secure-by-design, reliability mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>1+ year professional experience in Python web application development with either FastAPI, Flask, or Django.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in RESTful API development in Python.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Python web application frameworks such as Flask or Django.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Cloud services, such as AWS.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Vertex AI and GCP fundamentals (IAM, logging\/monitoring, Cloud Run\/GKE, storage).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge graphs for RAG (entity linking, graph traversal + retrieval fusion).<\/li>\n<li>Streaming\/messaging (Pub\/Sub, Kafka), document pipelines (Document AI), and multilingual retrieval.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with evaluation tooling (RAGAS, LangFuse, LangSmith, TruLens, custom eval harnesses), prompt\/version management.<\/li>\n<li>Frontend integration (basic React\/Next.js) or platform enablement (internal developer tooling).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>BeaconFire<\/strong> is
