The intern will assist with campaign coordination, event logistics, communications, and administrative tasks that contribute to social impact and community engagement efforts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Areas of Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Volunteers for Good (VfG)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>o Campaign Coordination<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with department and office coordinators<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with corporate communications, building services, catering and special events team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o Assist with VfG Program<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Budget tracking<\/li>\n<li>Expense management<\/li>\n<li>Catering requests<\/li>\n<li>Project management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o Assist team leaders and field coordinators as needed<\/p>\n<p>o Design and update VfG materials: field office, database and Team Leader manuals, volunteer guide\/community relations guide, marketing materials<\/p>\n<p>o Handle the logistics for any VfG meeting: schedule rooms, help committee members with travel reservations, prepare welcome packages for VfG program coordinators and other tasks as needed<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Giving Campaign<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>o Assist with the development and production of artwork, communications, etc.<\/p>\n<p>o Assist with customer service<\/p>\n<p>o Assist with event logistics including kickoff meetings, trainings, etc.<\/p>\n<p>o Assist with the overall campaign facilitation, reporting, expense management, and execution<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Outreach Initiatives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>o Help prepare and coordinate outreach and presentation materials<\/p>\n<p>o Assist with mailing and shipping materials<\/p>\n<p>o Assist with developing educational\/outreach materials<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 NYL Foundation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>o Assist the Foundation staff as needed<\/p>\n<p><strong>Learning Outcomes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By the end of the internship, the intern will gain a strong understanding of how Corporate Responsibility and the NYL Foundation operate, including their role in supporting the company\u2019s broader business strategy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ideal Candidate Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Interest in community involvement and the nonprofit sector<\/li>\n<li>Basic graphic design knowledge (Photoshop, Mac) is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pay Transparency<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salary Range:\u00a0$25\/hr<\/p>\n<p>Time Commitment: Part-Time 25 hr\/week on-site<\/p>\n<p>Overtime eligible:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Discretionary bonus eligible:\u00a0\u00a0No Relocation, must be local to NYC area<\/p>\n<p>Sales bonus eligible:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual\u2019s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
