Since opening, we have serviced over 500 consumers throughout New Jersey. We\u2019re devoted to supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities by providing Direct Care Staff in the Home and Community settings. Our team has been in the home care industry for over 25 years, consisting of a group of highly experienced and knowledgeable team members.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pay: $21.40 &#8211; $30.00 per hour<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Employment Type:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Full-time<\/p>\n<p>Part-time<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)<\/p>\n<p>Community integration and companionship<\/p>\n<p>Behavioral support and mentorship<\/p>\n<p>Medication administration<\/p>\n<p>Transportation to community activities<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>High School Diploma or GED (or higher)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>At Least 18 Years of Age<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>CPR &amp; First Aid Certification<\/strong> <i>(from an approved provider)<\/i><br \/>Not certified yet? We can help guide you on how to obtain it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ability to Pass Background Checks and Required DDD Clearances<\/strong><br \/>Ensuring the safety and well-being of the individuals we serve is our top priority.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Valid Driver\u2019s License, Reliable Transportation, and Acceptable Driving Record<\/strong><br \/>May be needed depending on your assigned case, especially when supporting individuals in community activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience in Behavioral Health, Caregiving, or Direct Support is Strongly Preferred<\/strong><br \/>If you\u2019ve supported others\u2014professionally or personally\u2014we value that experience!
