This program introduces students to the fundamentals of Spanish through fun, immersive, and age-appropriate lessons that build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and basic conversational skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Students will explore everyday vocabulary, greetings, pronunciation, simple grammar, and cultural traditions through games, songs, storytelling, interactive activities, and hands-on learning. activities<\/li>\n<li>Incorporate games, songs, storytelling, cultural activities, and hands-on exercises to maximize engagement<\/li>\n<li>Introduce students to the traditions and cultures of Spanish-speaking communities<\/li>\n<li>Adapt instruction to accommodate different learning styles and experience levels<\/li>\n<li>Foster a positive and inclusive classroom where students feel comfortable practicing a new language<\/li>\n<li>Monitor student progress and provide positive encouragement and constructive feedback<\/li>\n<li>Maintain classroom organization and effective behavior experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency or strong proficiency in Spanish (native, bilingual, heritage, or advanced speakers are encouraged to apply)<\/li>\n<li>Passion for language education and working with students<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment<\/li>\n<li>Patient, reliable, organized, and professional attitude<\/li>\n<li>Ability to explain language concepts clearly and encourage student participation<\/li>\n<li>Prior teaching, tutoring, mentoring, camp, or youth program experience is a plus but not required<\/li>\n<li>Background in Spanish, Education, Linguistics, Liberal Arts, or
