Excellent customer service skills and drive to maximize sales\u00a0a must.\u00a0Assist\u00a0with operational activities related to\u00a0consumer\u00a0product division of touring production. Adhere to and support Feld Entertainment\u2019s standards of conduct,\u00a0policies\u00a0and procedures.\u202fThis position requires continuous travel\u00a0throughout the tour season, typically\u00a0from September through May\u00a0with summers off.\u00a0Touring Sales Associates typically work in 20-30 cities per season,\u00a0adapting\u00a0to\u00a0frequent\u00a0location changes while living and working closely with the same touring team throughout the tour.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>For the\u00a02026\u20132027 tour season, the\u00a0anticipated\u00a0launch begins in\u00a0early\u00a0September 2026, with multiple touring units launching shortly thereafter.<\/p>\n<p>*This position requires 100% travel for 7 to 11 months of the year.<\/p>\n<p>* Commission based pay eligible for benefits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sell merchandise in arena seats or designated point of sale location; collect payment and provide accurate change.<\/li>\n<li>Organize cash and credit receipts, submit deposits, maintain financial records, and settle daily sales with management.<\/li>\n<li>Order and manage assigned inventory items.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain supplies and merchandise from storage trailers to replenish for sales.<\/li>\n<li>Provide preparation support to the Touring Sales Lead as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare all merchandise and\/or food products as needed prior to each selling period.<\/li>\n<li>Assist at designated point of sale location as directed by Touring Sales Lead.<\/li>\n<li>Take part in equipment load\/unload from storage trailers and movement into\/out of arena.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Assist with set up, tear down, and repack of stand equipment as directed.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Attend sales, customer service, and sanitation training as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not required).<\/li>\n<li>Able to travel internationally and domestically 100% of the time. Must have a valid passport.<\/li>\n<li>Sales\/Retail Sales or Hospitality background (preferred, but not required).<\/li>\n<li>Superior customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Personable team player with good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Dedicated, reliable, and punctual with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Able to manage cash and inventory balances.<\/li>\n<li>Quickly calculate correct change for cash sales.<\/li>\n<li>Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to lift 25 lbs. on a regular basis.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to follow verbal and written directions.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable adapting to\u00a0frequent travel and location changes.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>About Feld Entertainment<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Feld Entertainment\u00ae, family owned and operated, is the worldwide leader in producing and presenting live touring family entertainment experiences that bring people together and uplift the human spirit.
