Coleman advocates hiring individuals with disabilities in a competitive and integrated work environment. All employees will be well trained and held to high standards of food preparation and customer service.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><i><strong>Job Details of Caf\u00e9 Team Member include, but not limited to:<\/strong><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Part time position &#8211; hours will vary based on the needs of the Caf\u00e9\n<ul>\n<li>Normal Caf\u00e9 hours are M-F 7:00am \u2013 4:00pm and Sat\/Sun 8:00am \u2013 2:00pm<\/li>\n<li>Opening and closing typically occurs 30 minutes prior or after being opened for customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Pays $11 per hour<\/li>\n<li>Educate customers by presenting and explaining all food items and beverages<\/li>\n<li>Prepare beverages and food per Caf\u00e9 policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Welcome customers and determine their coffee or food interests and needs<\/li>\n<li>Use the POS system effectively to process customer transactions quickly and accurately<\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer service demeanor and promptly respond to all customer questions<\/li>\n<li>Manage cash drawers and follow all cash handling policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Clean the Caf\u00e9 as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><i><strong>Qualified Caf\u00e9 Team Members will have:<\/strong><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Capable of standing for periods of four hours or more<\/li>\n<li>Able to lift up to 30 pounds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><i><strong>Preferred candidates will have\u00a0<\/strong><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least one year of customer service experience<\/li>\n<li>At least one year barista experience in a coffee shop or caf\u00e9 with knowledge of coffee recipes, coffee bean varieties, and roasting techniques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.\u00a0E.O.E.
