We care about results, installs, signups, views, and ROI.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be responsible for finding creators, negotiating partnerships, launching campaigns, tracking performance, and helping us scale profitable creator relationships.<\/p>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research creators, influencers, TikTok Shop creators, UGC creators, creator coaches, and social media educators<\/li>\n<li>Reach out through email, DMs, creator platforms, and other outreach channels<\/li>\n<li>Build and manage affiliate partnerships<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate performance based deals including:\n<ul>\n<li>Cost per install (CPI)<\/li>\n<li>Cost per acquisition (CPA)<\/li>\n<li>Cost per thousand views (CPM)<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid affiliate structures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Track campaign performance and ROI<\/li>\n<li>Manage creator onboarding and campaign launches<\/li>\n<li>Maintain outreach pipelines and follow up consistently<\/li>\n<li>Identify winning creator segments and scale them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Success Metrics<\/p>\n<p>Your performance will be measured on clear business outcomes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Number of creators researched<\/li>\n<li>Number of outreach messages sent<\/li>\n<li>Number of creator conversations started<\/li>\n<li>Number of affiliate partnerships signed<\/li>\n<li>Number of campaigns launched<\/li>\n<li>Total installs driven<\/li>\n<li>Cost per install achieved<\/li>\n<li>Total views generated<\/li>\n<li>Revenue generated from partnerships<\/li>\n<li>Overall ROI of creator campaigns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or business development<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with cold outreach<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized and data driven<\/li>\n<li>Self starter who can work independently<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable using outreach tools, spreadsheets, CRMs, and tracking systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Compensation<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hourly rate<\/li>\n<li>Performance bonuses based on partnerships launched and results generated<\/li>\n<li>Initial commitment of 5 to 10 hours per week<\/li>\n<li>Four week paid trial period<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to transition into a larger part time or full time role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Who Will Succeed<\/p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who loves creator marketing, enjoys outreach, and wants direct ownership over results.<\/p>\n<p>You won&#8217;t be judged by activity alone.
