This opportunity includes a comprehensive 10-week online pre-employment training program, designed to fit your schedule with 20 hours per week of instruction held after business hours.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Participants who successfully complete the pre-employment training will receive a $1250 stipend, along with in-demand skills, hands-on experience, and a clear pathway into a dynamic tech role.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Below are some key highlights of the position, if this is of interest please let me know.\u00a0I would be happy to arrange a time to discuss the details and \/or to further determine which types of opportunities you may be interested in exploring.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Mainframe Operations Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: Bloomfield CT (Hybrid)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Client Domain: Healthcare<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Shift timings: Open to rotational shifts (24*7)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>System, batch and hardware monitoring using various tools and GUI&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li>Level 1 &amp; 2 support for incident triage and resolution<\/li>\n<li>Vendor collaboration during incidents<\/li>\n<li>Performance stress test support<\/li>\n<li>Creation and maintenance of process documentation<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other infrastructure engineering and application teams to ensure successful projects and maintenance\/upgrades<\/li>\n<li>Provide 24&#215;7 on-call support<\/li>\n<li>Disaster Recovery Exercise Support<\/li>\n<li>Perform Mainframe System IPLs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure system stability post Maintenance Window<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be legally authorized to work in the USA and not require any visa sponsorship now or in future.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Associates\/Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>0-1 year of related experience.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of IT operations, Operating systems, Mainframe systems.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Z\/OS basics, System Automation for Z, Schedulers, JCL, TSO\/ISPF, SDSF, Linux, OMVS preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should be able to commute\/relocate to the job location.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should be able to commit to work a minimum of 15 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Selection Process &amp;
