We&#8217;re one of the fastest-growing wellness retreat travel companies in North America, growing 42% year-over-year and outpacing travel companies that have been in business a decade or more longer than we have.<\/p>\n<p>We move fast. This internship is built for people who can match that pace and push it further, not people who need structure handed to them.<\/p>\n<p>Two Tracks \u2014 Choose the One That Fits Your Timeline<\/p>\n<p><strong>Track A: Standard (already graduated or graduating December 2026)<\/strong> Full internship, September through November, with a defined path to a full-time offer based on performance. If you&#8217;ve already graduated or you&#8217;re finishing your degree this December, this is your track.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Track B: Pipeline (graduating May 2027)<\/strong> A part-time internship (~15-20 hrs\/week) designed to fit around your final year of coursework. You&#8217;ll do the same real work as Track A, at a pace that works with your schedule, with the goal of moving into a full-time role after graduation based on performance.<\/p>\n<p>Tell us which track fits when you apply.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct outbound calls to a defined segment of wellness studios and fitness professionals to introduce Fit4Travel&#8217;s retreat partnership model.<\/li>\n<li>Qualify prospects against Fit4Travel&#8217;s partnership criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team with studio owners and decision-makers.<\/li>\n<li>Log every interaction, follow-up, and next step accurately in the CRM, within your assigned account segment.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate Fit4Travel&#8217;s value proposition clearly and professionally on every call.<\/li>\n<li>Meet weekly activity targets and participate in a short weekly review of your numbers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What Success Looks Like<\/p>\n<p>You will be evaluated on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daily call volume and consistency<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up discipline (speed and accuracy of next steps logged)<\/li>\n<li>Number of qualified meetings booked<\/li>\n<li>CRM data hygiene<\/li>\n<li>Ability to problem-solve and improve your own approach without being told twice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This isn&#8217;t a vibes-based evaluation. You&#8217;ll know your numbers every week, and so will we.<\/p>\n<p>Skills &amp; Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated; comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls without hand-holding.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented, with the organizational discipline to keep accurate CRM records.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with CRM systems or a fast learner.<\/li>\n<li>Genuine interest in wellness, travel, or entrepreneurship is a plus, but work ethic and coachability matter more than passion statements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Get<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paid, real-world experience in B2B sales and partnership development at a company built around travel.<\/li>\n<li>Direct mentorship from the CEO during the internship.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to a team that travels as part of the work: this year, the whole Fit4Travel team is heading to Portugal together, and team members have experienced destinations like Peru, Morocco, and Greece through the business.<\/li>\n<li>A clear, metrics-based path to a full-time Sales or Account Management role.
