This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a refined, member\u2011focused environment and enjoy being part of a collaborative, service\u2011driven team.<\/p>\n<p>Position Details<\/p>\n<p>Status: Part-Time | Year Around<\/p>\n<p>Schedule: Schedule based on club events and operations including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.<\/p>\n<p>Compensation: $16.00-$18.00 + gratuity pool share<\/p>\n<p>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service during banquet events to create a memorable experience for members and guests.<\/li>\n<li>Execute service standards with accuracy, efficiency, and hospitality across a variety of events.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown while following Banquet Event Orders and department standards.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout all event spaces.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with team members and respond promptly and courteously to guest needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What Makes You a Great Fit<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous hospitality or banquet service experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional guest service.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to stand, walk, lift, and remain active for extended periods.
