Teachers are the backbone of our program and as a Coach you get to watch them grow and succeed.<\/p>\n<p>The coaching team is looking for another candidate to join their qualified team. The candidate should have classroom experience, a bachelor\u2019s degree, and a passion for helping others succeed. If this sounds like it might be you and you are wanting to join a team who is employee focused and family friendly apply today.<\/p>\n<p>Requires:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in ECE or related field; Must be or become Director Qualified to meet childcare licensing requirements within 3-6 months of hire.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three years\u2019 teaching experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to model positive and healthy character traits and habits, such as organized, consistent and understanding.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of New York State Pre-Kindergarten Foundation for the\u00a0Common Core.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently as well as in team situations.
