Position Summary:<\/p>\n
The On-Site Service Representative (OSR) supports customer locations by managing inventory, stocking products, and delivering excellent customer service. This position works closely with customers to maintain inventory levels, identify product needs, and support Grainger’s inventory management programs.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Service multiple customer locations throughout assigned territory<\/p>\n
\u2022 Receive, stock, and organize products at customer sites<\/p>\n
\u2022 Monitor inventory levels and scan products for replenishment<\/p>\n
\u2022 Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally<\/p>\n
\u2022 Follow assigned routes and schedules<\/p>\n
\u2022 Identify opportunities to improve productivity and service efficiency<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintain compliance with customer site safety requirements<\/p>\n
\u2022 Engage customers to identify additional product and service needs<\/p>\n
\u2022 Partner with sales teams to support account growth<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\u2022 High School Diploma or equivalent<\/p>\n
\u2022 Minimum 3 years of experience in a service, customer-facing, or sales environment<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently<\/p>\n
\u2022 Valid driver’s license required<\/p>\n
\u2022 Must maintain required automobile insurance coverage<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to lift 25\u201360 pounds and work in physical environments<\/p>\n

Compensation:<\/p>\n
Pay Range: $23.27 – $29.09 per hour<\/p>\n
