{"id":29409,"date":"2026-04-25T20:39:17","date_gmt":"2026-04-25T20:39:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/job\/fall-2026-graphic-design-academic-credit-internship\/"},"modified":"2026-07-06T08:21:03","modified_gmt":"2026-07-06T12:21:03","slug":"fall-2026-graphic-design-academic-credit-internship","status":"publish","type":"ch_job","link":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/job\/fall-2026-graphic-design-academic-credit-internship\/","title":{"rendered":"Fall 2026 &#8211; Graphic Design Academic Credit Internship"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Alfa Art Gallery (a NJ Non-Profit Organization 501 c3) is looking for a passionate and creative intern who will take the lead on designing of the multitude of promotional materials required to reach our audience.<\/p>\n<p>Tasks:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Creative and robust designs of advertising materials including posters, banners, brochures, videos\u2026 etc.<br \/>\u2022 Design and content layout of the Alfa\u2019 annual and artist catalogs<br \/>\u2022 Setup virtual exhibitions via Art Steps<br \/>\u2022 Design introduction video pages<br \/>\u2022 Provide creative input and assist with other projects<br \/>\u2022 General operation tasks<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A strong sense of typography, typesetting and layout is necessary<\/li>\n<li>Must be comfortable with using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign<\/li>\n<li>Some experience with photography and image correction is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Previous design experience and the availability of a portfolio will strongly influence our final decision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alfa Art Gallery (a NJ Non-Profit Organization) accomplishes as much as it does thanks to the assistance of many volunteers and interns.
