This role provides technical leadership and\u00a0hands-on support for HRIS functions that support compensation, payroll, benefits, contracts,<br \/>and reporting, and partners closely with Payroll, Information Services, and Talent Management\u00a0leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant employee data across systems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong><br \/>\u25cf Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, information technology, business, or a closely\u00a0related field<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><br \/>\u25cf Five (5) years of experience working with ERP or HR data systems required.<br \/>\u25cf Experience working in school systems or other public sector organizations preferred.<br \/>\u25cf Experience with Munis highly preferred.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, and Certifications:<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, or modifying HRIS solutions.<br \/>\u2022 Strong working knowledge of HR systems, HR processes, and data reporting.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Our District: <\/strong>At Tulsa Public Schools, our mission is to inspire and prepare every student to love learning, achieve ambitious goals, and make positive contributions to our world.
