Represents program in the community, as requested. Responsible for planning, developing &amp; evaluating program to meet overall organizational goals\/objectives.\u00a0 Provides after hours coverage as appropriate and as indicated.\u00a0 Follows all PI, HR, budget, contract requirements pursuant to the daily operations related to program functioning.\u00a0 Ensures program maintains daily census pursuant to contract requirements.\u00a0 Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any age-related needs of the consumers served.\u00a0 Manages budgets and financial responsibilities for programs and ensures billing is completed weekly and followed up on.
