Position Description:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n The Bilingual Campaign Director internship provides an exciting opportunity to work with various entities within the Catholic Church as they raise necessary funds to build new buildings, renovate existing ones, create new ministries and educational programs and fortify the future of their communities. The Campaign Director works closely with the Church, School or Diocese to bring the community together to accomplish a shared goal. Classroom and onsite training provided.\u00a0<\/p>\n Job Responsibilities Include:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Design, produce and translate feasibility study and campaign materials, including but not limited to: Case Statements, Feasibility Letters and Questionnaires, Campaign Brochures, Follow Up Letters and Thank You Letters.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u2022 Coordinate Feasibility Studies including personal interviews, questionnaire analysis, retain and compile data for reporting.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u2022 Plan and execute Capital Campaigns including Major Gift visits and Receptions; prepare communications; train, lead and motivate volunteers; and record pledges.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u2022 Prepare regular progress reports regarding the success of the campaigns.\u00a0<\/p>\n Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2010 Bilingual in Spanish a a must<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2010 Openness to Regular Travel\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n – <\/strong>Strong Organizational Skills\u00a0<\/p>\n \u2010 Public Speaking Skills\u00a0<\/p>\n \u2010 Interpersonal Skills\u00a0<\/p>\n \u2010 Leadership and Management Skills\u00a0<\/p>\n \u2010 Bachelor\u2019s Degree\u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n \u2010 Candidates should be interested in working with diverse groups, meeting new people, and working somewhat independently.
