{"id":27065,"date":"2026-06-04T16:28:56","date_gmt":"2026-06-04T16:28:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/job\/commercial-loan-service-specialist\/"},"modified":"2026-07-03T08:23:18","modified_gmt":"2026-07-03T12:23:18","slug":"commercial-loan-service-specialist","status":"publish","type":"ch_job","link":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/job\/commercial-loan-service-specialist\/","title":{"rendered":"Commercial Loan Service Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Commercial Loan Service Specialist will be a member of the Paid and Hazard Insurance team within the Commercial Loan Services group.\u00a0\u00a0The Commercial Loan Services team is responsible for releasing collateral on paid loan and monitoring Hazard Insurance on collateral.\u00a0\u00a0The primary function of this role will be in support of the collateral release process for Huntington National Bank Commercial portfolio.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The position will include releasing many different type of collateral, monitoring Hazard Insurance, UCC.\u00a0\u00a0We are also responsible for completing STR\u2019s and Business Entities searches.\u00a0\u00a0We will quality review our teams work.<\/p>\n<p><u>Some primary responsibilities of this role are<\/u>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze collateral documentation and ensure alignment with the credit approval system for partial releases.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance in our AFSVision system including adding and updating collateral when they are released\u00a0\u00a0or when we are continuing\u00a0\u00a0a UCC.<\/li>\n<li>Partnership with business segments regarding missing or insufficient documentation and the status of loans.<\/li>\n<li>Release lien position through filing or recording of documents (UCC, mortgage, titles, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Monitor report results for any data discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Manage incoming workflow of loan documentation to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA&#8217;s) are met or exceeded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><u>Additional responsibilities may include<\/u>:<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0We will quality review or teams work.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0We may need to mail out original documentations.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><u>Basic Qualifications:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>At least two or three-year experience in a financial service-related position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><u>Preferred Qualifications<\/u>:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access &#8212;
