You will work closely with our digital marketing department working to develop, manage and grow our sales in assigned markets.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><i><strong>What you will be doing:<\/strong><\/i>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage assigned Amazon Marketplace: Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to identify trends and make actionable recommendations.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Partner with digital marketing team for tracking and optimizing ad campaigns by exploring ways to improve the reporting process.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Manage and update weekly and monthly tracking reports for review sales, products, returns\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Analyze campaigns to identify areas of improvement and communicate any insights to the manager\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Implement new strategies to increase customer loyalty\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Creation and follow-up of a calendar, with the most important holidays, to implement different sales strategies\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Create new listing products and launch strategies for each of the responsible channels\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Updating, revision and improvement of Amazon listings\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating and working with the different teams to improve the flow of different work processes to improve your channels\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Customer service: answering questions, solving tech issues, giving recommendations, and process replacements\/refunds when needed.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><i><strong>What we are looking for:<\/strong><\/i>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>1+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Helium 10 experience (preferred)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Strong interest in data and analytics with ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and a dedicated team player\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude with flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><i><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/i>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health Insurance\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Dental Insurance\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Vision Plan\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>401K Employer Matching Plan\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Paid Time Off\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Sick Time Off\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Paid Holidays\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>End of year Bonus\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><i><strong><u>Compensation:<\/u><\/strong><\/i>\u202f\u00a0<br \/>The pay range for this position is $24-$30 per hour, based on your knowledge, skills, and experience.
