We strive to develop long-term relationships with our clients and work with them every step of the way towards achieving their goals.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Job description<\/strong><\/p>\n The Financial Advisor role is full-time in a hybrid work setting. At Elevate, the Financial Advisor is responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning services; including, but not limited to: Wealth management, retirement planning, investment advising\/planning, and financial planning. The advisor role at Elevate is entrepreneurial in nature, as advisors are expected to generate their own book of business\/ client base. This role will be in person, based out of Elevate\u2019s Knoxville, Tennessee office, but some remote work is permissible.<\/p>\n The Ideal candidate is willing and excited to embrace the entrepreneurial and self-driven nature of the role. They are adept in the art of financial planning; capable of creating personally tailored financial plans, and scrupulous to ensure deliverance of accurate and ideal financial services to clients. Advisors participate in book-building\/client prospecting and assess the needs of individuals to help them with a vast array of investment and financial decisions. Elevate\u2019s experienced advisors constantly balance growing their business, and providing meticulous care to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Generate clientele growth through phone and virtual sales<\/p>\n \u00b7 Prepare accurate financial plans to support client goals<\/p>\n \u00b7 Cultivate lasting relationships with clients<\/p>\n \u00b7 Provide investment advice to clients in accordance with their risk tolerance<\/p>\n \u00b7 Assuage client concerns by providing the best advice amidst economic hardship<\/p>\n Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance or related field (preferred)<\/p>\n \u00b7 Strong financial and investment literacy<\/p>\n \u00b7 Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills<\/p>\n \u00b7 Ability to work independently and in a team environment<\/p>\n \u00b7 Entrepreneurial spirit and strong, independently motivated\u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Are you ready to pursue your financial advising career?
