This opportunity includes a comprehensive 4-week online pre-employment training program, designed to fit your schedule with 15 hours per week of instruction held after business hours. Participants who successfully complete the pre-employment training will receive a $500 stipend, along with in-demand skills, hands-on experience, and a clear pathway into a dynamic tech role.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Below are some key highlights of the position, if this is of interest please let me know.\u00a0I would be happy to arrange a time to discuss the details and\/or to further determine which types of opportunities you may be interested in exploring.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: AI Engineer (Associate\/Junior)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)<\/strong><br \/><strong>Client Domain: Banking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI models and solutions that align with organizational objectives.<\/li>\n<li>To contribute to the evaluation, testing, and optimization of AI algorithms and software components.<\/li>\n<li>To support data processing and management tasks essential for AI workflows.<\/li>\n<li>To continually enhance technical skills and stay abreast of AI advancements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities (to be covered during training):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Model Development:<\/strong> Assist in building, training, and validating machine learning and deep learning models under supervision.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Data Handling:<\/strong> Collect, preprocess, clean, and organize datasets required for training and evaluation of AI models.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Algorithm Implementation:<\/strong> Translate theoretical AI concepts into practical code in languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Java.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Testing &amp; Evaluation:<\/strong> Participate in designing tests, evaluating model accuracy, and reporting results to the team.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Documentation:<\/strong> Create clear, concise documentation for code, model architectures, and processes for internal use.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Collaboration:<\/strong> Work closely with senior engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver assigned tasks.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Deployment Support:<\/strong> Assist in deploying AI models and services to production environments under guidance.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Maintenance:<\/strong> Monitor performance of deployed models and report any issues or anomalies for resolution.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Learning &amp; Development:<\/strong> Actively participate in internal training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to advance AI knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be legally authorized to work in the USA and not require any visa sponsorship now or in future.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>0-6 months of related experience.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts and techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, TypeScript or Java.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ML libraries like TensorFlow, Pytorch or similar is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Data Preprocessing techniques and tools.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should be able to commute\/relocate to the job location.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should be able to commit to work a minimum of 15 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Selection Process &amp; Training:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Online assessment and technical interview by Quintrix.<\/li>\n<li>Client Interview(s).\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>4 weeks of pre-employment online instructor-led training.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who is Quintrix?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quintrix is on a mission to help individuals develop their technology talent.
