Position Overview<\/p>\n

Ready Set Grow is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT)<\/strong> or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)<\/strong> to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for our Monroe, Morganville, and Princeton locations<\/strong>. This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with children and are looking for flexible after-school and\/or weekend hours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

While outpatient pediatric experience is preferred, we provide mentoring and support to help therapists continue developing their pediatric clinical skills.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Provide occupational therapy services to children with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs.<\/p>\n

Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.<\/p>\n

Collaborate with families and caregivers to support carryover of skills outside of therapy sessions.<\/p>\n

Complete documentation and treatment notes in a timely manner.<\/p>\n

Communicate effectively with team members and other professionals involved in the child’s care.<\/p>\n

Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with state licensure requirements.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n

For Occupational Therapists:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Current New Jersey Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure).<\/p>\n

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.<\/p>\n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n

For Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Current New Jersey COTA license (or eligibility for licensure).<\/p>\n

Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.<\/p>\n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n

Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n

Experience working with children in an outpatient pediatric, school, early intervention, or related setting.<\/p>\n

Knowledge of sensory processing, fine motor development, self-care skills, and pediatric treatment approaches.<\/p>\n

Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, and other pediatric diagnoses.<\/p>\n
