The Clinician completes person-centered assessment and service planning, advocacy, coordination of care, and helps the person to make connections with other services and resources within the community.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required<\/li>\n<li>Licensure required within 2 years of hire (LMHC or LICSW)<\/li>\n<li>At least one year of related experience<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language) and the ability to make effective public presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Must have valid driver\u2019s license and available, dependable transportation and be willing to provide transportation to person&#8217;s served in personal vehicle, as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unlicensed Clinician &#8211; $74,984\/salaried<\/li>\n<li>Independent Licensure &#8211; $78,197.39\/salaried<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:<\/strong>\u00a040 hours, Monday through Friday<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why You&#8217;ll Love Riverside:<\/strong><br \/>We make a true difference in people\u2019s lives through rewarding work.
