The Staff Development Specialist serves as a liaison for the Division of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention with on-site presence at Samarcand Training Academy and other Commission approved training locations for the Division’s Basic Training School Programs. \u00a0The position serves as a direct point of contact with Samarcand Administrators for daily operations when the division’s Criminal Justice School Director is not available. The Staff Development Specialist provides immediate assistance with course instruction and urgent on-site matters for business continuity supporting functional supervision of trainees, instructors, and professional lecturers.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
