To provide the physical, emotional, and spiritual care for campers assigned to you.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete the course of study during orientation and follow all camp policies<\/li>\n<li>Become familiar with the camp staff and grounds<\/li>\n<li>Keep spiritually and physically prepared to minister<\/li>\n<li>Care for the well-being of the campers ahead of your own personal desires<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain a vital personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ<\/li>\n<li>Provide an environment that is safe, positive and creative\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Care for campers physically, emotionally, spiritually, and socially<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for the conduct of your campers and conduct behavior management based on training\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Lead cabin bible study<\/li>\n<li>Conduct one-on-ones with campers each week\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Attend all camp activities and meals\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Attend all staff meetings<\/li>\n<li>Fill out all paperwork and turn in before you are dismissed at end of week<\/li>\n<li>Support Community Worship as assigned<\/li>\n<li>Assist with accommodations: cleaning showers, bathrooms, and buildings to meet standards of excellence<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned by your supervisor(s)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>POSITION TYPE:<\/strong> Seasonal<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOUSING &amp; MEALS:<\/strong> Provided throughout contract dates<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of and love for God\u2019s Word<\/li>\n<li>Love for kids and ability to communicate with them<\/li>\n<li>Good health and stamina as required to implement a summer camp program. This will involve long hours, sleeping in cabins with campers and lifting at times.
