This is more than a sales role\u2014you will act as a trusted advisor, market developer, and relationship builder, helping cities transition to a brighter tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>Based in our Boise, ID sales and engineering office, you will work closely with internal teams and technical staff to deliver Fonroche lighting solutions across municipalities. If you\u2019re a dynamic business development leader who thrives on innovation, relationship-building, and driving industry change, this is the role for you!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><i>Identify &amp; Develop Opportunities:<\/i> Build and manage a pipeline of projects, closing deals that drive regional expansion.<\/p>\n<p><i>Market Expansion &amp; Standardization:<\/i> Lead municipal sales efforts, positioning Fonroche as the go-to solution for solar lighting adoption.<\/p>\n<p><i>Client &amp; Relationship Management:<\/i> Serve as the primary contact for municipalities, ensuring long-term engagement and repeat business.<\/p>\n<p><i>Go-to-Market Strategy:<\/i> Explore new sales and market development strategies to accelerate growth.<\/p>\n<p><i>Product Expertise &amp; Presentations:<\/i> Become proficient in solar lighting principles and present the technical and cost-saving benefits to clients.<\/p>\n<p><i>CRM &amp; Sales Reporting:<\/i> Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and collaboration within CRM tools.<\/p>\n<p><i>Travel &amp; On-Site Meetings:<\/i> Regularly meet with municipal leaders in person to build strong, trust-based partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You Bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><i>B2B Sales Success:<\/i> A proven track record in business development, consultative sales, or municipal sales.<\/p>\n<p><i>Industry Knowledge (Preferred):<\/i> Experience in public sector sales, lighting, infrastructure, or sustainable technology is a plus.<\/p>\n<p><i>Exceptional Communication Skills:<\/i> Ability to engage, present, and negotiate with government officials, partners, and contractors.<\/p>\n<p><i>Strategic Thinking &amp; Market Development:<\/i> Ability to assess market trends and drive standardization efforts across regions.<\/p>\n<p><i>Tech-Savvy &amp; Organized:<\/i> Proficiency in CRM tools, email, and standard business systems for reporting and forecasting.<\/p>\n<p><i>Resilient &amp;
