The Associate Underwriter\/Desk Underwriter plays a vital role in delivering our AI-powered underwriting platform\u2019s differentiated value proposition by efficiently managing standard insurance submissions, supporting broker communications, and ensuring high-quality underwriting throughout. Working within a collaborative \u2018pod\u2019 structure under the guidance of a Senior Underwriter, the AU executes repeatable, process-driven tasks that drive volume and efficiency, allowing the team to scale while maintaining strong broker relationships.<\/p>\n
