{"id":22561,"date":"2026-06-02T20:51:22","date_gmt":"2026-06-02T20:51:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/job\/onboarding-operations-associate-temp-to-perm\/"},"modified":"2026-06-30T08:23:18","modified_gmt":"2026-06-30T12:23:18","slug":"onboarding-operations-associate-temp-to-perm","status":"publish","type":"ch_job","link":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/job\/onboarding-operations-associate-temp-to-perm\/","title":{"rendered":"Onboarding Operations Associate (Temp to Perm)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Temporary to Permanent Onboarding Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring our customers \u2013 including but not limited to contract employees, clients, program offices, and alternative delivery teams \u2013 receive superior post-offer screening support as well as on-boarding and off-boarding support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>Candidate process and pre-start documents<br \/>\u2022 Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience<br \/>\u2022 Receive and review onboarding trigger (ESF, SIF, or other forms)<br \/>\u2022 Communicate all pre-employment screen requirements to the CSA, and coordinate contractor orientations, I9s, and other local onboarding requirements with the local field office<br \/>\u2022 Ensure all potential contract employees adhere to pre-employment screen guidelines and are removed from the process if they are not compliant.<br \/>\u2022 Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening process for contractors<br \/>\u2022 Manage the HR folder process to ensure onboarding paperwork is completely in a timely manner<br \/>\u2022 Emphasize usage of Direct Deposit or electronic deposit and CashPay to all contractors and clients<br \/>\u2022 Provide pre-employment documents and screen requirements to the candidate for review and signature<\/p>\n<p><strong>Client requirements management<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents with regard to onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments.<br \/>\u2022 Manage client requirements for the onboarding packet (e.g. authorization forms, drug tests, background checks etc.) and update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until candidate is cleared to start<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate data and lifecycle management<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Ensure that candidate information is set up in the system and appropriate provisioning is complete (security, email accounts, asset re-allocation for job\/position changes)<br \/>\u2022 Ensure accurate and timely entry of candidate data, onboarding process updates, and all other required documentation within the onboarding and compliance process<br \/>\u2022 Document all candidate\/contractor touchpoints and communicate updates in a timely manner<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support issue resolution with regards to the Onboarding process, including working closely with the field office to communicate required activities that need to happen in the field, and interacting with contractor for the required follow-ups with a goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and timeliness<br \/>Candidate off-boarding<br \/>\u2022 Manage and communicate off-boarding requirements<br \/>\u2022 Manage candidate off boarding, including termination notification, completion of unemployment data, meetings and hearings\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><br \/>\u2022 Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals<br \/>\u2022 Ability to communicate effectively and provide follow up<br \/>\u2022 Capability of working in a team oriented environment that is fair, open and honest<br \/>\u2022 Thorough knowledge of business policies and human resource practices<br \/>\u2022 Excellent written\/oral communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\u2022 Strong decision making ability<br \/>\u2022 Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and personal credibility<br \/>\u2022 Ability to tackle complex issues and develop innovative, practical solutions<br \/>\u2022 Understanding of the Allegis organization;
