Headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, Evenly is committed to the highest standards of patient care and clinical expertise in each of the dental practices we support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Customer Service Representative, you will be collaborating with our current and potential patients and internal associates from our corporate office in Bethesda, MD. The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role to support Evenly\u2019s commitment to provide the highest level of customer service and support. The position performs a wide variety of administrative, customer service and operational\/marketing support activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will be doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Field incoming calls from patients and partnering practices of our Invisalign service<\/li>\n<li>Research patient information on our system<\/li>\n<li>Closely track and manage incoming calls and emails and escalate patient questions as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up in a timely manner with all current patients and practices as needed<\/li>\n<li>Bring a positive and cheerful outlook, customer service mindset, and commitment to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we are looking for in our candidates<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Outgoing and cheerful personality&#8230; this individual must make a positive first impression<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to be direct and concise while also being friendly and informative<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deliver an amazing customer experience via the telephone and emails<\/li>\n<li>Close attention to details and thorough follow up<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with good note keeping and follow through<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize on a daily and weekly basis<\/li>\n<li>Ability to problem solve and collaborate with internal associates<\/li>\n<li>Ability to seek and take advice and feedback, as needed<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills; experience with CRM, Scheduling, Excel and GoogleSheets (tracking) programs, preferred<\/li>\n<li>Phone based sales experience, desired<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Spanish, desired<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why you will love working here<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Evenly is an energetic and passionate healthcare company that is changing how patients receive Invisalign orthodontic care.
