Position: Entry-Level Manager \u2013 Leadership Development Program (Remote)<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking motivated and coachable individuals who are eager to grow their careers quickly. In this role, you will help guide and mentor a team, contribute to sales initiatives, and develop leadership skills in a fully remote environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mentor and support team members in achieving performance goals<\/p>\n

Lead through direct involvement in sales and customer support activities<\/p>\n

Background in customer service, sales, or leadership is helpful but not required<\/p>\n

Degree and prior experience preferred, but not mandatory<\/p>\n
