Resolve ticket, season pass, fast lane or membership issues for the Guest.<\/p>\n<p>Pay Rate:\u00a0<strong>$16.00\/Hour<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle various ticket transactions including but not limited to, advanced sales, group sales, complimentary tickets, season passes, promotional tickets, and ticket problem resolution.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Handle all Guest concerns including but not limited to, park information, compliments, and complaints received via phone, email, or in person.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Utilize multiple strategies in order to obtain the result and provide the best Guest Recovery to the guest.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Able to work with computer programs for various Six Flags programs and applications. Must be able to multi-task between multiple programs in order to resolve the task at hand.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Answer guest questions and give proper guidance when necessary.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Offer appropriate compensation based on the guest&#8217;s concern.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Promote the park with the utmost enthusiasm and pride while interacting with Guests.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Guest Safety and Satisfaction in their stay at Six Flags while setting high standards of performance for all areas.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that imagine, cleanliness, and courtesy standard requirements are met.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Develop a positive relationship with all in-park departments.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be at least 16 years old.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Must have an outgoing personality with a willingness to approach and actively engage guests.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Must possess knowledge of computers and adapt to changes within computer software applications.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Must possess an organized approach to work with the ability to multi-task.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Must have the ability to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.
