Exceptional interpersonal and phone skills, enthusiasm, and multi-tasking are a must! Candidates must be able to work multiple shift types including night, weekend, and opening. Must be able to work one holiday out of the year.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Greet, communicate with and welcome guests and directing them appropriately.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Answer all the customers\u2019 questions and address their complaints and questions<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Running Point of Sale software<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Keeps a safe and clean reception area<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Make tennis court reservations, book lessons and ring up customer purchases<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Understanding and enthusiasm for the sport of tennis is a plus.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pay: $15.00 per hour.
