This role acts as both a technical expert and a strategic partner within Loss Prevention, helping design tools, workflows, and cross-functional solutions that strengthen operational efficiency, support investigations, improve compliance, and elevate the end-user experience.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate has a unique blend of Salesforce expertise and Loss Prevention operational knowledge, enabling them to understand store-level realities, customer experience impacts, investigative workflows, and the broader retail ecosystem. This combination ensures effective deployment of new tools and the development of ThinkLP as a centralized, scalable, cross-functional platform.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 1\u20133 years of Salesforce administrative experience<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and practices<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences<\/li>\n<li>Preferred Qualifications: Experience in loss prevention and\/or retail operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hybrid.
