Our main theme of research is in the field of Gynecology, Infectious Diseases, Infectious Arthritis, Tick-borne Diseases, Mycology, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>MDL is looking to expand its sales force throughout the U.S. We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual to join our sales team. As an Entry-Level Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a client base of both hospital and physician customers for MDL.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for achieving annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Obtain new business and exceed annual territory sales budget each year by presenting new test information, up selling and seeking out new sources of revenues from clients.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Develop and present personalized sales presentations to professional audiences (physicians, laboratory staff, clinics and group practices); demonstrate how MDL&#8217;s technical features and services could benefit the practice and help medical personnel provide quality patient care.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Establish positive long-term client relations through scheduling and conducting calls with clients.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain a full business pipeline of prospective clients and assume all territory management in an assigned geographic region.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline, account plans and territory management activities as required.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Regional Manager to develop assigned territory in line with company&#8217;s objectives.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Maintain knowledge of competitors and their presence in assigned territory.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Qualifications<\/strong>:\u00a0 <i>General\u00a0<strong>K<\/strong>nowledge,\u00a0<strong>S<\/strong>kills, and\u00a0<strong>A<\/strong>bilities (KSA\u2019s) required<\/i>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Well-developed multi-tasking, organizational skills, and detail orientation are key to success.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making ability.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, e-mail and internet functions.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to travel within the coverage area and occasionally nationwide.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>1 to 3 years of experience\u00a0is preferred, but not\u00a0required.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:\u00a0<\/strong><i>Physical, Mental and Workplace Environment Conditions<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls<\/li>\n<li>Ability to sit, stand and walk<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive motor vehicle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Workplace Conditions: Workplace Environment Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requires frequent traveling by motor vehicle\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>May be exposed to various workplace environments when meeting with customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education and Certifications:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor&#8217;s degree, or two years sales experience, or any similar combination of education and experience is preferred, but not required.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>We Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Salary<\/li>\n<li>Medical, Dental &amp;
