In this role,\u00a0you\u2019ll\u00a0conduct hands-on analysis within our\u00a0laboratories, helping ensure the integrity and quality of environmental data that\u00a0impacts\u00a0communities and ecosystems.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u00a0You\u2019ll\u00a0Do<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with instruments such as AA, ICP, ICP-MS and more\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Analyze\u00a0environmental samples using established chemistry and biochemistry methods\u00a0looking for environmental contaminants\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Review and interpret the results from the sample analysis\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Accurately document procedures, observations, and results to\u00a0maintain\u00a0high-quality, organized laboratory records\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Clean,\u00a0maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u00a0You\u2019ll\u00a0Bring<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or\u00a0other STEM related degrees\u00a0\u2014 minimum of 24 credit hours in chemistry required\u00a0<strong>AND <\/strong>2 years of metals analysis experience<\/li>\n<li>In lieu of BS and 2 years of experience, Master&#8217;s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or other STEM related degrees and<strong> <\/strong>1 year of metals analysis experience<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment, including standing for extended periods, working around strong odors, and wearing required PPE (lab coat, safety glasses, gloves\u2014all provided by Pace\u00ae)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Find Your Place at Pace &#8211; We need you &#8211; your curiosity, your talents, and your drive &#8211; to help us advance this important work.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><br \/>When you join Pace\u00ae, you commit to work that makes a positive impact on our communities and our world.
