This includes, but is not limited to entering orders, answering customer inquiries via phone, e-mails, and live chat, entering and processing RA\u2019s, processing change requests, maintaining the customer file and escalating customer\/system issues appropriately.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This position reports to the <i>Customer Service &amp; Sales Support Manager <\/i>and is part of the <i>Customer Service &amp; Sales Support team<\/i> located in <strong>Torrance, CA <\/strong>and will be an <strong>on-site<\/strong> role.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>In this role, you will have the opportunity to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Provide customer support via phones and emails<\/p>\n<p>Enter customer orders into CRM system<\/p>\n<p>Enter and process return authorizations<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>The essential requirements of the job include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)<\/p>\n<p>At least 1 year of experience in customer support<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Microsoft Office and Database Management experience<\/p>\n<p>Possess an understanding of the functionalities of CRM &amp; ERP systems<\/p>\n<p>Strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Phenomenex, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
